By downloading or using Sistola, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Sistola provides local tools for manually recording, organizing, reviewing, exporting and backing up blood pressure readings entered from a separate monitor.

Sistola does not measure blood pressure and is not a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional, diagnosis, treatment or emergency services. Reference labels are informational. Do not delay seeking professional or emergency help because of information shown in the app.

You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the app on supported devices, subject to Google Play terms and applicable law.

The app is currently free. If optional in-app purchases are introduced, Google Play will process payment, applicable taxes and eligible refunds under its policies and applicable consumer law. Features available to you before that change will not be taken away.

You are responsible for maintaining device security and protecting files you export. Automatic cloud backup is disabled. Uninstalling the app removes app-private data, so create a backup or use Android device transfer before changing or resetting a device if you want to keep your records.

Do not misuse the app, attempt to bypass platform security, distribute modified copies, interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.

The app, website, branding, interface and original content remain the property of the developer or their respective licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.

The app may be updated, changed or discontinued. Reasonable care is taken to provide a stable product, but uninterrupted operation on every device or future Android version cannot be guaranteed.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not responsible for indirect loss, decisions made in place of professional medical advice, or loss caused by an unsecured exported file, device failure or failure to create a backup.
